Thank you for your interest in our long range plans. The West Bend Library Board of Trustees, along with the director and staff are required by the State Library of Iowa, to submit a plan every 5 years. This is a great way to prioritize goals and document the completion of goals or edit those goals. The Strategic Plan 2026-2031 is available here.
